Rollover car crash results in injuries on I-15 and Tropicana in Las Vegas on November 6, 2018

NHP reports an early morning rollover car crash on northbound I-15 at the Tropicana offramp.  An overturned SUV blocked one lane of Tropicana Avenue and injuries were reported.

The accident occurred early in the morning on Monday, November 6, 2018.

A 53-year old driver of a 2008 Ford Mustang passed way from his injuries after a car accident on October 24. The police report that the man tried to turn left on Warm Springs Road at Valle Verde Drive but failed to yield to an approaching 2016 Ford Fusion. The driver of the Fusion is a 28-year-old and had the right of way. The Mustang pulled in front of her and was struck, which caused the Mustang to spin out into a 2012 Hyundai Elantra waiting at the red light on Valle Verde Drive, creating a three-car accident. Traffic was diverted for over three hours while the scene was investigated by police. This is the 11th fatality from a traffic incident in 2018.

DUI Car Crash in Las Vegas leads to guilty plea for Daniel Becker

Daniel Becker plead guilty of three counts of DUI resulting in death related to a car crash on Flamingo and Eastern in Las Vegas. The Las Vegas car accident took place near Flamingo road and Eastern Avenue on December 13, 2017. Three pedestrians were killed in the car crash, and several others were taken to local hospitals where they were treated for their injuries. The car crash may have been marijuana related as Becker admits to using marijuana the day of the crash. Becker drove a Ford Expedition south on Eastern Avenue and struck the back of a Ford Mustang. Instead of stopping at the first car accident, he kept driving and hit the back of a GMC Jimmy on Eastern Avenue near Flamingo Road. He swerved southeast and struck three pedestrians, then turned south where he hit a Honda CR-V on Flamingo Road.  Debris struck three other vehicles.  Becker then left that car accident and struck a BMW and a Chevrolet Silverado that were driving on Eastern Avenue, then finally struck...
